**Highlights of the Server Position:**
- At least one year of relevant experience in hospitality, full-service, or senior living (preferred)
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Preparation and serving of food to residents within scheduled timeframes
- Maintenance of food service areas, including kitchen and dining room
